I just wanted to take an opportunity to thank the Cooley Avenue Church of God family for the wonderful words, acts of kindness, and the many blessings we received during our Pastor Appreciation Day. It was a great blessing to have Chad and Sherri Jordan with us for our special day.

Your kindness and love toward my family and I is overwhelming and we consider it an honor to be serving alongside of you in the kingdom. You are some of God's greatest people.

What an awesome Fathers Day service we had last Sunday. God did great things in the lives of the men and fathers of Cooley Avenue. I believe the Lord is going to answer each and every one of our prayers to be a better father. Jairus taught us that we can be better fathers by being men who are humble and full of faith. This humility and faith will cause us to become men of great influence. I love what the word of God tells us in Mark 5:22-24"Then a leader of the local synagogue, whose name was Jairus, arrived. When he saw Jesus, he fell at his feet, 23 pleading fervently with him. “My little daughter is dying,” he said. “Please come and lay your hands on her; heal her so she can live.” 24 Jesus went with him, and all the people followed, crowding around him."

Over the next week we will be preparing to take 40 young people to Northern Ohio youth camp. Please pray with us that the Lord will touch the our kids and teens that will be attending camp. Let's all pray for a life changing move of God in each and everyone of their lives.
